1. I have included the scale and size (cm and inches) so please choose the correct size to avoid getting the figure smaller than expected. If you are still unsure, you can message me. If you find the price too high for our largest figure size (10cm~3.93inches) then please do not buy to avoid disappointment and bad reviews about us. We only made the figure at the largest scale of 1/18, not 1/6.
In case the figure breaks when you receive it, don't worry and give it a bad review immediately, just send me message and a picture of the broken figure and I will send you a new figure for free.
2. We are a wholesale supplier for shops and also produce Youtube, but because there are many customers who want to buy, we try to take the time to receive orders. Therefore, due to the large number of orders at the moment, please wait for the correct execution time of the order to help us (about 40 days). We will try to do it as quickly as possible. If you find the lead time to be too long and can't wait, you should consider before ordering!
3. For EU countries, I always put the IOSS code on the box when sending the package to confirm that you have paid VAT. However, there are some countries that still collect import tax like Denmark... then we are not responsible for the Import Tax. Therefore, please check the tax regulations in your country to avoid trouble when receiving the goods.
